It has come to our attention that there has been an instance of plagiarism by user jrh927/jillyree who was/is a member of the CSI fandom. A story that was posted ONLY to this community was plagiarized word-for-word and used in another fandom. Since the discovery of this plagiarized material, the community moderators have found several other instances of this author stealing the work of members who post on this site. She has been banned from this community.

Now that I've written it out formally, I'll say that this author stole one of my pieces (found here) and simply replaced the character names to suit the fandom she was writing in. Needless to say, I am not amused. In fact, I'm g-damned pissed-bordering-on-crazy that this woman has been copying not only my work, but the work of other respected, dedicated authors who have shared their work with us here at geekfiction. I'd also like to thank doom_cherries for bringing this to our attention.
